Zul'Farrak is also a good place to farm GNE, especially if you're a tailor or know a friend who is. The mobs drop a LOT of silk and mageweave, which can be used to make the Black Mageweave Headband as stated above, and also a few greens here and there that can be DE'd for nether essence as well.
