To troubleshoot the blue blinking: Remove the drawer from the unit and press RESET. If the unit goes to solid blue, press the CYCLE button. The unit should start its cleaning cycle and goes back to solid blue. If it did, the issue must be caused by the drawer liner not being properly tucked into the tabs. Instructions followed and unit left off for an hour to allow plenty of time. Blue light is now constantly flashing and only stopping after the reset button is pressed. Following the next cycle the blue light resumes flashing and automatic operation ceases. The drawer is completely empty. This follows a period of the issue occurring intermittently.
