Basically, the addon blocks the deaths, delete the addon and the deaths will happen. it allows for any of the possible deaths, from illness or medical emergency. currently playing with mod and so far i’ve had my sims die of aneurisms heart attacks and kidney failure. they seem to also always be anemic.
