Past that there really doesn't seem to be an all around general set of gear offered that is standard in the game.Stick with mount Olympus gear but finish grizzleheim for wintertusk. Do a side quest in wintertusk where u thaw some bears, and buy the rings of one bear. Lvl 56 crafted gear, or 58 Hazzard gear can also help. Once you hit 56, go to the bazaar and look for lvl 56 ring and athame for you school.

waterworks isn't worth your time since you have crafted. really you should just ignore gear until darkmoor and use team-up sigils every chance you get, making use of discord channels as a supplement to that. team-up puts players on the same realm when they finish the encounter, so you'll often get questing partners that way.
