Lucian Milio is way better than Lucian Nami personally, feels like you deal more damage and your Milio W continuously procs Lucian's passive to deal more damage on basic attacks which is why I think Milio does a better job than Nami. I don't think many people expect the damage Lucian can do with Milio so I recommend you play it :D.
