First it was probably not, then they are looking into it, then to check back this summer. I own an SR9c and the shop I got it from also has an SR40c, I'll take my 9 there and see if the upper swaps over. I won't be able to shot it but I can fit it and dry fire it and see if it works.

The LC380CA is legal, getting the conversion kit does not make it a LC9. It still a LC380CA, it has just been converted to shoot 9mm rounds.
