There are four endings to Secrets of the Midnight Isles. These four endings are available in both the integrated version and the stand-alone version of the DLC. Two of them should always be available. A third ending requires a Midnight Bolt, which you should be given sometime before the final battle. The fourth ending has an additional requirement.
