While we don't know the exact details for Drake to Wyrm and Wyrm to Aspect, we can speculate that it is likely the same the conversion as Whelpling to Drake. This seems to be supported by some entries in the database which indicate that there are items which can be bought for 90 Drake Crests and 90 Wyrm Crests.
