Approximately 8 turns out from seated is a good place to start. The air mixture screw leans or richens the air/fuel mix at idle up to 1/8 throttle. Turning the screw in RICHENS the mixture by blocking off incoming air. Adjust yours to 1-1/4 turns out from lightly seated. 850 blew up. So my 2022 assault 850 with 1255km blew up the other day. No reasons at all was going on a nice straight and just shut down. I guess the top and the bottom end are gone. What would cause it. Dec 3, 2017 · If the RPM hots 7200 and then starts to drop to 6800 - 7000, then the spring is likely sacked. The stock 900 primary spring in 2016 was the Yellow / Red (p/n 417223751). That is a 100 / 155 spring. The 1200 primary spring was Yellow / Orange, which is rated 110 / 190 and they used the same ramps.
