Use strange coins to get paraversal hauls, and open them. The activity drops aren't very dependable. To add more to this answer: Use Strange Coins and buy Paraversal Hauls from Starhorse. These give you chance to get Strange Treasure Keys. Also, do in parallel Starhorse bounties (which also give paraversal haul).The loot pool on a given week of dares is HUGE. 10 armor pieces and as many guns. That's around a 1 in 20 (5%) chance to even get a falling guillotine to drop. Same as raid exotics that take some people over 100 runs. Those dont have random perks though.
