It won't work that way. You get 48 hours total for the calendar year, whether you're a rehire or not. So if you already got your 48 and then quit and come back, you won't get more PTO until next year. It's not a brag, it's more of shock that Amazon hiring process let this guy back in the facility. They pressed charges for him showing back up the second time when he was terminated for sexual assault. You sound like one of the guys that get fired for saying or doing creepy stuff at the job.
