Although the website and packaging says 9mm to 45, it loads my 380 with ease. I tried the factory plastic one that came with my P365 380 once just for the experience but went to my Uplula after the first round.

856 posts · Joined 2021. #22 · Dec 11, 2022. I haven't done it with the P365 but I use to ankle carry a G43 in a Galco Ankle Glove which BTW is the Gold standard in ankle holsters. The P365 is actually a tad smaller than the G43 (P365 uses the G42 holster for the GAG).
