While we don't know the exact details for Drake to Wyrm and Wyrm to Aspect, we can speculate that it is likely the same the conversion as Whelpling to Drake. This seems to be supported by some entries in the database which indicate that there are items which can be bought for 90 Drake Crests and 90 Wyrm Crests. As you know enchanted wyrm crests do not need sparks. Is the guy crafting your gear an enchanter? You need enchanting to be able to make the enchanted crests. I guess all three were lying then. Then if you did everything correctly. Then it must be a bug or a UI problem on your end.
