What makes a community

Community is a buzzword, but it’s easier said than done. And often it’s more talked about than it is practiced. As I’ve worked to develop community, I’ve learned that there are a few things every strong community needs: Intentionality. Community has to be intentional. Even if it starts organically, it still has to be maintained.
