As an update I did nbme 12 as a practice exam and nbme 11 casually over a day and a half and nbme 12 definitely had questions the other forms didn't, and nbme 11 repeated many more questions from 9 and 10 than 12 did. matire analThe order you take NBMEs doesn't matter that much. The important thing is to take as many practice tests as you can. My rule of thumb though is to save the UWSAs and the more recent NBMEs (higher numbered NBMEs) for the end and to take the older NBMEs (lower number NBMEs) in the beginning. Good luck!
