The starting system is the same on this as a car. Jump the solenoid or put power directly to the starter and see if it turns over then. If so then the solenoid is bad. Line up the cam gear with the xrank pin pointing toward the top of the cylinder. Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. If you dont turn the cam gear one more revolution. It even started fine after sitting outside when it was 2 degrees out. Line up the cam gear with the xrank pin pointing toward the top of the cylinder. Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. The starting system is the same on this as a car. Jump the solenoid or put power directly to the starter and see if it turns over then. If so then the solenoid is bad. The rear end got about a foot of air, came down, engine power cutting in and out till it finally shut off within 100 feet after landing.
